Abstract

The present research critically analyzes Sindhi novel, “Kaif Dharan koe” by the young novelist, Munir Chandio. The paper is an attempt to examine and evaluate Sindhi novel according to parameters, theory and standard of English novels. The novel has been discussed at length in the light of E. M. Forster’s “Aspects of Novel” for its story, plot, characters and characterization. The study proves that the novel falls behind the Standard English novel as it lacks a complex and convincing plot, and its characters are also flat, unable to change/grow with the changing circumstances.
